Terms of Service

Last updated: May 19, 2026

Welcome to Fork'd Up. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Fork'd Up platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Fork'd Up is a marketplace connecting hospitality businesses with workers across the United States and Mexico. We provide tools for job posting, matching, messaging, and scheduling. We do not employ workers or act as a staffing agency. Fork'd Up does not process or guarantee worker wages or payroll — all payment arrangements are made directly between businesses and workers.

3. Geographic Availability

Fork'd Up is available to users in the United States and Mexico. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and national laws in their respective country, including labor and employment laws. Fork'd Up does not act as an employer in either country and is not responsible for ensuring compliance with country-specific labor regulations.

4. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.

5. Worker Accounts

Worker accounts are free. Workers can create profiles, browse gigs, express interest, and communicate with businesses. Fork'd Up does not process or guarantee payment for gigs — all payment arrangements are between workers and businesses directly.

6. Business Accounts

Business accounts require a paid subscription to post gigs and contact workers. Subscriptions are billed monthly through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law in the user's country.

7. Bilingual Support

Fork'd Up provides the platform in both English and Spanish to support our bilingual hospitality workforce across the U.S. and Mexico. In the event of any conflict between the English and Spanish versions of these Terms, the English version shall govern.

8. Prohibited Conduct

9. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Fork'd Up a license to display and distribute that content on the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

Fork'd Up is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
